Dear Pocher fanatics, I have made this unofficial Pocher site for all the fans and friends of the late 1/8 Pocher car kits, indeed, Pocher Kits are NOT in production anymore. Lima is in bankruptcy!
I have been building these Pocher models since 1991. At this moment there are 23 Pocher models on my site. All my models are in dust-free, self build showcases; my collection.
I started this web site because I did not find any comprehensive sites on the internet about these superb 1/8 scale models. I hope to collect questions, problems and answers from all over the world.
Each Pocher model is described with pictures and tips! The list of self build Pocher models you find on the model page . Every photo has a link to a bigger one! I still have a lot of untouched kits in my possession, these will appear here sooner or later!
A lot of modelers are searching some construction manuals... to help them I scanned some manuals at the manual page. All the manuals are on-line. You can download them page per page or on PDF-form!
I need all your help! I still need some very hard to find spare parts!! Maybe you have got some and want to sell them! Please look at my search page
On the page problems, solutions and tips you find some solutions for the problems I have been confronted with. Some tips are described on this page. On the pagegeneral questions and answers I have made room for general questions about the Pocher-models.
Because these Pocher models are so large and fragile, a good dust free show-case is obligatory. I have made my own design; a two or three floor construction in glass and wood. On the page showcase you find pictures and plans.
My collection is complete so I have, as stated earlier, 22 build ones, the others are still in their box waiting to be constructed. I have specialized in the Pocher metal wheels...so you will not find (except for model K91) any pocher models with plastic wheels e.g. K93-K94-K95. On the wheels page you will see the difference!
Pocher metal wheels....fantastic to see but, very difficult construction, I made a manual for the metal wheels ...with pictures! The manual for Mercedes wheels and alfa wheels are on-line!!
